If you have a concern about how your personal information has been handled, please contact your United Chemists Pharmacist Manager or alternatively our Privacy Officer. We will do our best to respond to your complaint within 30 days of receiving your complaint. If we can not respond within this time frame, we will let you know.

If you’re not happy with our response, you can escalate your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au
