Many serious health conditions can develop without obvious warning signs. Our screening and monitoring services are a simple way to stay on top of your health. Blood pressure is a measure of how hard your blood pushes against your artery walls as your heart pumps. It naturally changes throughout the day based on your activity, stress levels, and sleep.
A healthy blood pressure reading is typically around 120/80 mmHg. The first number (systolic) shows the pressure when your heart beats, and the second number (diastolic) shows the pressure when your heart rests between beats.
Keeping your blood pressure in a healthy range is important for heart, brain and kidney health.
High blood pressure can go unnoticed and untreated for years. Over time, it can increase your risk of heart attack, stroke, kidney damage, and more. Regular monitoring helps detect problems early and supports better long-term health.
